Spec & Technical Data
Decent® UltraClear PVB Interlayer Film is manufactured from high-quality polyvinyl butyral (PVB) resin for laminated safety glass applications. It provides high optical clarity with light transmission of approximately 88.9% and low haze value (≤0.6%) ensuring excellent visual performance. The material maintains stable moisture content between 0.35–0.55% and offers strong mechanical properties including tensile strength of 27.69 MPa and elongation at break of 298.51%, providing excellent impact resistance and flexibility. It also shows good dimensional stability with shrinkage rate of 4.5% and low yellow index of 3.72 for long-term transparency. The interlayer complies with GB/T 32020-2015 / DST/QR.PK 18-A standards and is widely used in architectural, automotive, and safety laminated glass systems requiring durability, clarity, and safety performance.
